If your charger is having issues that a simple restart isn't resolving a factory reset is the next step.
This will need to be performed (if possible) before establishing the next troubleshooting steps.
This restores local control as well as clearing any connections to energy tarrifs that may be causing issues.
Steps:
- Stand next to your charger and ensure that you are connected via bluetooth.
- Open up the settings and scroll down to advanced settings
- Read and accept the warning message
- Under OCPP select "remove OCPP settings and restart charge point"
- Once this has performed check if the charger now functions correctly
- You may need to re add energy tarrifs if you were using them
- If your charger is still not working, then please select "wipe all app data"
- This will remove all data and should resolve any software issues.
