To buy from us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

• Colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly
• Technical specifications may change due to continuous product improvement
• Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with UK wiring regulations

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless a written agreement states otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card, bank transfer, and approved finance partners.

Your order is accepted when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation.

We may refuse an order if:

• The product is unavailable
• There is a pricing or description error
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• You do not meet our eligibility criteria

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• You can change your delivery address in your account until we start packing your order.
• You may choose to collect your order from our factory at Unit 8, Kemble Business Park, Malmesbury, Wiltshire, SN16 9SH, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (closed weekends and bank holidays). We will email you when it is ready. Please bring your order reference; someone else may collect on your behalf.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery, or when you or your nominee collect the goods.
• Ownership passes only when full payment is received.
• If you fail to accept delivery, or do not collect your order within a reasonable time after we tell you it is ready, additional charges may apply.

Simpson & Partners does not provide installation services unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring installation is carried out by a qualified electrician
• Ensuring your property's electrical system is suitable
• Complying with local regulations and DNO requirements

We are not liable for faults caused by incorrect installation or third‑party workmanship.

All Simpson & Partners chargers come with a 3‑year manufacturer's warranty, covering:

• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware faults
• Software issues not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
• Cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by external electrical faults or surges

Full warranty terms are available upon request.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to:

14‑day cooling‑off period (distance selling)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

• A refund within 30 days if the product is faulty
• A repair or replacement after 30 days
• A price reduction or final right to reject if the issue cannot be resolved

For B2B customers:

• Returns are accepted only with prior written agreement
• A restocking fee may apply
• Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced in line with our commercial warranty

Some Products include software or app‑based features. By using these features, you agree to:

• Our Software Licence Terms
• Our Privacy Policy
• Availability of cloud services on a reasonable‑efforts basis

We are not responsible for:

• Third‑party app issues
• Internet connectivity problems
• Changes to external services (e.g., energy tariffs, smart‑home integrations)

We do not exclude liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any rights you have under UK consumer law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or business
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Damage caused by improper installation or third‑party work

Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the Product.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply‑chain disruption, strikes, extreme weather, or regulatory changes.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. This includes data used for:

• Order processing
• Warranty registration
• Product support
• App and connectivity services

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
