Mandy Simpson Mandy brings a creative heartbeat to Simpson & Partners. A Central Saint Martins graduate (1998), Mandy enjoyed an 18-year career as a fashion designer, specialising in children’s wear, before co-founding Andersen EV. After leaving in 2021, her entrepreneurial spirit didn’t waiver and she relocated her family from London and started her eponymous company in the Cotswolds. From September 2024, she is part of the management team, steering the brand to more success.

Paul Willcox Paul brings extensive experience as the former Chairman of Nissan Europe and Managing Director of 14 different car brands. He’s an industry heavyweight with impeccable credentials. A quick thinking, natural leader and a brilliant Chairman, who we all want to follow.
