To do the very best for our customers.

We understand that a charger is a mission-critical part of your daily routine, and we want you to feel completely confident in its reliability. Whether you're charging at home or at your business, you can count on dependable performance without the worry of hidden terms or surprise exclusions. Your Home Series investment is protected with a 10-year warranty on the enclosure and a 5-year warranty on the power electronics, giving you long term peace of mind, built in.

Performance meets sustainability.

Sustainable wood, designed to last.

Our chargers feature wooden lids crafted from Accoya™, a high-performance, sustainable wood sourced from responsibly managed pine forests. Naturally durable and dimensionally stable, Accoya™ won’t warp, cup, or bend and comes with a 50-year no-rot guarantee. Each lid is hand-finished in one of four beautiful, translucent shades inspired by nature.

Caring for our community.

Hyper-local supply chain.

We believe in supporting the people around us. When our local communities thrive, we thrive too. That’s why we choose staff from nearby villages and towns and where possible, select suppliers located close to our Cotswolds HQ.

Accidents happen, and when they do, we’re here to make the process as stress free as possible. If your charger has been damaged (for example, struck by a vehicle, hit during building work, or the cable has been driven off with), we can help. We’ll usually ask for a few photos so we can assess the damage and provide an accurate quote. Thanks to the charger’s modular design, most repairs are straightforward and cost-effective, as individual components can be replaced without replacing the whole unit. If the charger is more severely damaged, we also offer a return-to-base repair service. This allows us to replace or repair the required parts, update firmware, and carry out a full health check before sending the unit back to you. Whatever the situation, our goal is to get you back up and running quickly and affordably.
