10 year enclosure warranty

While many charger brands rely on sealed, non-serviceable designs, we take a different approach. One that prioritises longevity and sustainability. Our chargers are built with modular, upgradable enclosures, crafted from beautifully painted metal and wood. They have been deliberately built for durability and timeless design. And if the metal or wood components ever fail? We’ll replace them, guaranteed for the product’s entire lifetime.
5 year power electronics warranty

Power electronics in harsh outdoor environments face intense demands, high electricalloads over long periods generate heat and strain on components. That’s why wepartner with industry leading semiconductor and component manufacturers,ensuring exceptional performance and durability. Our chargers feature highcopper content PCBs and conformal coating, maximising reliability in allconditions.Our technical team will work with you to resolvethe issue, including remote diagnostics and repair.  However, if it determined that an on-sitewarranty visit is required to resolve the issue, we will require a deposit, tocover attendance and transit.  This sum is returnable if the unit is faulty.
