Home Series Freestanding FAQ

Yes. The EV charger colour will match with the pedestal.

You can either connect using your home Wi-Fi network or you have the option to connect with Ethernet.

Home Series Freestanding comes with a Base Plate and mount included in the box. The Base Plate is also compatible with the 300mm EV block.
Base Plate and mount is made of stainless steel and powder coated in Black.

Yes, however it doesn’t come with the option of MID meters or Load management. So if you require Ofgem compliant billing and wish to link up more than 2 chargers at one site (and load manage between them) then we’d recommend looking at the Business Series range.

Unfortunately not. The Home Series Freestanding comes as a complete group (S&P charger + pedestal) and we are unable to sell the pedestal independently.

It’s simple. Purchase the EV chargers direct from us here online and then organise installation separately.
Step 1. Use the simple online configurator to choose model (7kW or 22kW) colour and see our factory direct product prices. We know that our prices are extremely competitive.
Step 2. Purchase online and your order will be with you within 5 working days.

Step 3. For an installation quote, ask a qualified electrician to carry out a survey and estimates for their work. They may even talk to us here at S&P. Our friendly sales and technical team are here Mon-Fri 9.30am -4.30pm.

It really is that simple. Don’t waste time trying to decipher overcomplicated product bundles or sweating over the technicals. Instead, spend time getting the right EV charging system that works for your home, style and budget for years to come.

Some installers will buy the product for you or you can purchase direct from us. It’s totally up to you.
