Case Study Holiday Let: Video ▶️ ‘Relax and Recharge’

Simon Andrewes of Saltbox Escapes discusses his decision to leave London and start a holiday let business in the countryside. He and his partner bought a large property and restored part of it as The Coach House, which they now rent out to guests. Simon emphasises the slower pace of life and closer connection to nature. He loves hosting guests and seeing the beauty of the property anew through their eyes.

Guests are driving electric

He noticed that an increasing number of guests were arriving with electric vehicles and sensibly wanted to provide a way for them to charge and for him to be able to monitor their usage. Simon describes the chargers as a natural fit with the environment and that it’s “a labor of love” noting their user-friendly design and the ease of installation.

‘They’re what I want really. They’re simple, easy to operate and look good.’
