A New Era Begins

 

We are excited to announce that Simpson & Partners has been acquired by a consortium of private investors.

We’d like to introduce our new Chairman, Paul Willcox who brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously served as Chairman of Nissan Europe and Managing Director of 14 different car brands. With the support of our new investors, Paul will strengthen our management team and guide the business into the next phase of its ambitious expansion plans.

Co-founders Mandy Simpson and David Simpson will continue to play pivotal roles within the management team, steadfastly advancing the company’s exceptional product offerings and innovative technology to propel its long-term mission forward.
