Simpson & Partners (EV) Ltd Cashback Scheme – Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the cashback scheme (“Scheme”) offered by Simpson & Partners (EV) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By taking part in the Scheme, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

 

2.1 The Scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 Employees of Simpson & Partners (EV) Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone connected to the promotion are not eligible.

2.3 Cashback is only available for qualifying purchases made through authorised channels during the promotion period.

2.4 The cashback offer is not valid for trade or wholesale consumers. It is intended solely for end-user customers purchasing for personal use.

2.5 Cashback is only applicable to purchases of the Home Series Plus product range.

 

3. How to Claim

 

3.1 To be eligible for cashback, customers must:

• Purchase an eligible product from Simpson & Partners (EV) Ltd.
• Submit a valid claim with proof of purchase as requested.
• Ensure the claim is submitted within 10 calendar days of the purchase date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Cashback Payment

4.1 Approved cashback claims will be paid via the payment portal Stripe.
4.2 Please allow up to 10 business days from claim approval for funds to be received.
4.3 No alternative payment methods are offered.

 

5. General Conditions

5.1 Only one claim per qualifying purchase is permitted unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
5.3 Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other benefit.

 

6. Changes and Cancellation

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Scheme or these Terms at any time without notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control or suspected abuse.

8. Governing Law
